I guess this is more a collection of the images from weddings that are not really shown, they’re shoved down the side of the side of the sofa in a hope never to be seen again.

Maybe that’s a bit dramatic on my part, I mean personally I like them otherwise I wouldn’t have taken them. They’re more a collection of non-typical-weddingy wedding pictures with people in them doing wedding type things, sometimes not, people just being people at weddings really.

To the couples these people belong to, they’re part of the set of memories from the wedding day, idiosyncrasies, quirks, behaviours, personalities of the people attending their wedding. Call them the little lost moments that often go unnoticed, but really they are noticed, by me. So I include them, because I feel they’re important.

I think, although I’m not entirely sure that a some of these scenes you would only find at a typically British wedding, as a breed we are unique - our mannerisms, behaviours, quirks, habits and traditions are things you would only see here in the UK. I like recording things that make us who we are, in 20 years time a lot of these things will be forgotten, so it’s good to have a record of them somewhere.
