Documentary approach - it’s a full day y’know - Manchester Wedding Photography-

Documentary Wedding Photographer - First & last pics of the day

A full day means a full day, doesn’t it? It doesn’t mean running home straight after the first dance if finished - that’s not a full wedding day now is it?  Can’t tell the story if part of the story is missing?

So here are two pictures from a wedding at Manchester Town Hall (one of my fav Manchester wedding venues). I’ll call the pictures 7.30am and 02:18am because that’s when they were taken.  Yes that’s 2 in the morning a.m.

In between these two pictures are a boatload of memories I was asked to photograph in a documentary style, and that’s what I did.  I’ll put an excerpt of the full day at the bottom in case you’re keen to see a bit of the day.

Anyway I’m waffling, here are the pictures.

7.30am - First picture of the day.  Taken at the Midland Hotel, Manchester.  Morning!!!!

02:18am - Last pic of the day taken at Manchester Town Hall.  A full day of celebrations over.

So yes, Documentary Wedding Photography it’s about the full story of a wedding day, not just the ‘main’ bits, a story is only a story if it’s complete.

An excerpt from what was a truly a magnificent Manchester Wedding that absolutely flew past, here’s some pictures set to music to prove it happened 🤘
