I like Cheshire, I would, I live here. I also happen to like going to festivals and so do Jade & Tom who's wedding it was. I knew we'd get on.
Anyway, Merrydale Manor was the wedding venue of choice, a newly created bespoke wedding venue in Over Peover. Sister (or brother, I think it's sister) to Colshaw Hall either way it's set it rather luxurious surroundings and is rather lush.
Enough about the place, what about the wedding? Bloody fantastic, that's what. Weather was perfect, Jade & Tom were a hoot and a large contingent of like minded friends & family made sure the day was jam packed with the kind of atmosphere you only get when everyone gets on REALLY well together.
I won't bleat on with a long rambling post that describes everything in minute detail but I will call out a few memorably points from my perspective.
Jade & Tom made sure they invited plenty of friends, a good call given the vibrant atmosphere all day - essential !
They got a magician (now normally I eyeroll at magicians, they can be cheeeeeesssyyyyyy as shit) but this guy Brad Bennett Magic was da man! I thought he was a mate of theirs to be honest who'd turned up for the wedding, slotted in nicely and he broke my brain with has magical stuff - incredible !
The band - Hit the dancefloor - holy shit did these guys keep everyone on the dancefloor and hitting it hard !! Seriously from the first dance right through to 1am (I think it was), I've never seen somewhere so crowded and bouncing all night. If you're after someone to make your night go offfffffffff these are your fellas, just look at the pics, the place was on another level.
