TOWN HALL & ONE FINE DAY WEDDING | LIVERPOOL CITY CENTRE, UK
Claire basically stalked me for 2 years, so did her family, now luckily it didn’t reach the point of awkwardly standing at the end of my driveway, but it’s pretty safe to say the lot of them were keeping pretty tight tabs on me on social media…probably to make sure I wasn’t a complete numpty.
Lucky for them (and me) I’m not. So I turned up at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool (not to be confused with ‘The home of the Titanic hotel’, also in Liverpool, also miles away, also where I parked my car. Ok, so I’m a bit of a numpty, not to worry though, a nice walk in the morning is always a good idea.
We all instantly got on like a house on fire and had a damn good morning getting ready, plenty of banter (kids call it bants now, or bantz or something like that), anyway we all had a good laugh in the morning.
The day continued in the same vein, it was a total blast, we all had an incredibly good time together and I have to say I’ve never heard such a loud bunch of wedding guests during a walk down the aisle - everyone was whooping, hollering and cheering it was an incredibly emotional experience and one that has me grinning as I write this now…so many good memories!
A TOWN HALL WEDDING, LIVERPOOL CITY CENTRE | THE SLIDESHOW
You can see Claire and Shaun’s Liverpool City Centre Wedding slideshow below. It’s a very brief insight into their day, just a few images set to music that I dearly hope show the feeling of their day.
It’s a much better experience to watch it on a laptop or tablet with the sound turned up and in full screen mode.
A LIVELY WEDDING AT LIVERPOOL TOWN HALL FOLLOWED BY A FUN RECEPTION AT ONE FINE DAY IN LIVERPOOL CITY CENTRE.
I have to say, I was expecting a lot from Claire & Shaun, I always try and attract the right couples for my style of photography - laid back, fun loving people who I know are going to have an absolute blast on their wedding day…they didn’t disappoint either!
From start to finish the atmosphere everyone created was electric, fun filled and lively - stereotypical scousers for you! I even got some ribbing in one of the speeches for being a ‘Manc’, expected really given the company!
We partied way into the night, One Fine Day is a fabulous venue that encourages a great party atmosphere, staff were brilliant too which as always of major importance at a wedding I feel!
Rather than describe everything in minute detail, I’ll let the pictures from the day do the talking. Here are a few photos from their amazing wedding, everything was photographed in my usual fuss free, unposed and relaxed style that focuses on people and emotion rather than poses and things on tables.
*Tip - if you click on the first image you get to see them in all their hi-resolution glory (they look bigger and better)
So there we go, I hope you enjoyed the slideshow and small selection of images from Claire & Shaun’s fun Liverpool City Centre Wedding. If you would love this Manchester based wedding photographer at your wedding, please get in touch via my contact form.
